These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") operated by FF&E SHERPA, LLC ("SHERPA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes SHERPA's approach to governed FF&E execution and related insights. Its content is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is a proposal, offer, quote, or commitment, and nothing on it creates a client, advisory, or contractual relationship. Any engagement with SHERPA is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by SHERPA and the client.

Articles, case studies, reports, and other materials reflect our general views and experience. They are not professional, legal, financial, or design advice, and should not be relied upon for any specific project without an engagement. Any examples are illustrative, and results vary by project.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship; a relationship begins only upon a signed written agreement.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the SHERPA name and marks, logos, and the four-gate framework and related materials — are owned by SHERPA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide them for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content or practices.
